2imagine is concerned about your privacy. Most information on our website is accessible without giving any personal information. However, it is possible that a user is asked for personal information. Name, company name and email. This is everything 2imagine asks in order to provide your with the requested information. This information is stored in an online platform that helps us sending newsletters or answering your questions.
This information is only kept for the purpose to which it serves, to send you newsletters or answer your question. The information that is stored to send you newsletters is only stored until you decide to unsubscribe to this service. If you ask us a question via a form on the 2imagine website, we save your information until we have been able to answer your question and maximum 3 years after you have given us this information, without prejudice to the rights you can exercise (see “What can you ask us?”).
What can you ask us?
You have multiple rights: right of inspection, correction, deletion, limitation of usage, objection, transferability, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making (including profiling).
If you want to use these rights, we ask you to contact us via this webpage. We’ll immediately go to work to do the necessary. To make sure that not anyone can request your data, we will ask to deliver a proof of identity after every request.
Your surfing behavior on the 2imagine-website
We learn a lot from every visitor of our website. That is why 2imagine can collect aggregated and/or anonymous info like browser type, operating system or domain name of the website that you used to visit us. This makes a permanent optimization of the 2imagine website possible. The data that 2imagines uses for this, is stored as anonymous data without the possibility to identify the corresponding user.
